We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain accessories or apparel items may not be eligible for return if they show any signs of use.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Although Pierry Luxury primarily serves the United States market, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered during transit.
